The Design Process "Every project begins with a vision. We turn it into a reality." The Interior Designer consults with the client to develop the applicable requirements of the project and studies the feasibility. Initial ideas are discussed and a vision for the project is created. The creative skills and technical know-how of our design team enables them to match a client's vision with their needs. The result is a concept that is attractive, functional - and feasible. "Customers notice attention to detail - we provide it." The designer then prepares concept drawings, colour boards and sample furniture selections. These are presented to the client for approval or modification and include detailed plans showing furniture & fixtures, lighting design and sketches of special built furniture. Hand rendered visuals and layouts show the character of the proposed design where necessary.Our design team analyses the building and its requirements and prepares a floor plan. This shows you exactly what furniture goes where, such as the number of tables and sittings in a restaurant. Together with this we provide electrical lay-outs for lighting, switchs and power sockets. The aesthetic and ergonomic implications of the spatial arrangements are also taken into account. When our design team has finalised the floor plan, they research materials and furniture. The product selection will be driven by concept design, cost and availability date. All product selections are selected to meet current required fire and safety regulations. When the final Interior Design scheme has been completed our project manager will visit site to make sure that all materials and products match those in the specifications. Also they will co-ordinate deliveries and supervise the interior fit-out. During the projects construction and fit-out, our design team will visit the site regularly to check out progress. This includes checking all wall, floor and ceiling finishes, that electrical points are at the correct height and location, and that all furnishings are delivered and in the correct position ready for use.
